This policy applies to all drilling (pay or non-pay) Navy Selected Reserve (SELRES) and Full Time Support (FTS) Officers. FTS officers who do not receive leadership training every five years while progressing through their community milestones shall attend one of the courses in paragraph 5. 3.This leadership training requirement is separate from the requirement for all SELRES officers APPLY-selected for CO/OCC billets ("K" and "O" coded) to attend the Navy Reserve Unit Management (NRUM) course. 4.ADT Schools is the preferred SELRES funding source for all leadership training courses mandated by CNRFC. Parent commands will fund training attendance for assigned FTS officers. 5.NR officer leadership courses are taught by NR NLEC facilitators as a mobile training team at Navy Reserve Activities throughout the Reserve Force.
