COMMANDING OFFICERS AND UNIT LEADERSHIP WILL WORK WITH DRILLING RESERVISTS TO FACILITATE INACTIVE DUTY TRAINING (DRILLS) VIA TELEWORK. RECOMMENDED TASKING CAN INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: A. PREPARING FOR AND CONDUCTING UNIT TRAINING B. ACCOMPLISHING UNIT ADMINISTRATION (FITREPS/EVALS, CDBS, ETC.) C. GENERAL MILITARY TRAINING (GMT) D. OTHER INDIVIDUAL ONLINE TRAINING (JPME, RATE TRAINING, ETC.) E. MOBILIZATION READINESS REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING THE EXPEDITIONARY SCREENING CHECKLIST AND ANY OTHER ITEMS PREPARING SAILORS TO DEPLOY OR MOBILIZE. 4. UNIT TELEWORK: NRAS HAVE THE ABILITY TO RESCHEDULE DRILL DATES FOR THE ENTIRE UNIT TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW DRILL SCHEDULE VIA THE "MANAGE UNIT DRILLS" COMPONENT ON THE EDM DASHBOARD. THIS IS ONLY ALLOWED FOR FUTURE DATES. 6. NAVY RESERVE UNIT LEADERSHIP SHALL FIND WAYS TO MAXIMIZE UNIT READINESS VIA VIRTUAL MEANS AND NOT UNIFORMLY RESCHEDULE DRILL WEEKENDS (DWE) TO FUTURE DATES. 7. MUSTERING FOR TELEWORK: MUSTERING REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD MUSTER AS THEY WOULD NORMALLY FOR A DWE IN EDM AND AS DIRECTED.
