NP2 October Update
NP2 is a key IT enabler of MyNavy HR transformation. The initial rollout of NP2 began in 2019 with the launch of MyPCS, providing active duty Sailors with CAC-free mobile access to PCS checklists, orders, electronic travel vouchers and a travel reimbursement calculator. NP2 implementation continues using an agile development methodology, deploying new capability quarterly to Sailors and the Navy HR workforce. When complete, NP2 will be a single integrated personnel and pay system, providing Sailors expanded HR self-service capability. This NP2 Bulletin is the first in a series of planned quarterly issues to keep you informed of new capabilities and overall project status.
